Olivia Bui
Outreach Director

Hi, my name is Olivia Bui and I am currently a freshman at California State University, Long Beach studying Molecular Cell Biology and Physiology! I love STEM as it pushes me to remain curious and explore all these different concepts that serve as building blocks while deconstructing these building blocks to discover more. Her STEM Space provides opportunities to highlight different STEM pathways and recognize notable women in STEM which I truly want to be involved in, allowing me to interact with other women interested in STEM and encouraging women that STEM will always be an option too!

Aleen Jalhayan
Outreach Director

Hello, my name is Aleen Jalhayan I’m from California and as of now I am a freshman at Fresno City College. My interest in STEM has always lived within me, yet I had never thought of it as a career up until the end of my years in High School. One thing in particular that had drawn me into pursuing the STEM field was coding as I was able to reduce all the repetitive and annoying tasks. Inevitably, I had became interested in making not only my life but as well as others lives easier through the usage of logic gates hence me pursuing electrical engineering to further my aspirations of creating an everlasting impact on others lives.
Rita Karabo Dukuziyaremye
Outreach Director

Hi, I’m Rita Karabo Dukuziyaremye from Gauteng, South Africa. As a Grade 9 student, I’m passionate about STEM because it constantly challenges my thinking and encourages me to question and seek answers to real-world problems. What drives me is the thrill of discovery, solving what I thought was unsolvable, and finishing writing a paper, only to think, “What’s next?” And that’s basically what sums me up as a person.
Lilliana
Outreach Director

My name is Lilliana and I’m from Melbourne, Australia. Lately, times have changed and we’ve begun to see an increase in female participation in STEM-based industries and jobs. Not only does this make my heart feel full, but it motivates me to keep going, not give up and aspire to INSPIRE others to feel the same. Science, to me, is like art. I’ve always been passionate about anything artsy and the younger me would laugh at me if I told her that science is just as beautiful as a sculpture or a painting of the Renaissance. I believe I can help make a difference with this inspirational organisation and am more than happy to be a part of this journey!!
Patricia Harris
Outreach Director

Patricia Harris, Michigan, Cass Technical High School, 11th grade, United States. I like STEM because it’s never a limit, there’s always something new to find whether it’s in science, technology, engineering, or math. There’s always a new equation, or design that can be made.
